Fit-to-standard and target processes
In workshops we compare your processes with SAP Best Practices and decide per process: adopt the standard, adapt the process or extend on SAP BAIP. The result is a documented scope, not an open backlog.
Spadoom is an SAP Gold Partner headquartered in Zug with a second office in Zurich. One team advises on and implements SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud, Sales and Service Cloud V2, Commerce and integration on SAP BAIP.
Spadoom AG is a Swiss SAP Gold Partner for Cloud ERP and Customer Experience. Founded in 2018, an SAP Gold Partner since 2023, with 40 employees today. Our headquarters are in Zug and our second Swiss office in Zurich, with further offices in Cornate d’Adda near Monza and in Tallinn. We serve customers in Switzerland, Germany, Austria and Italy.
Our own teams implement SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud as the ERP core, SAP Sales Cloud V2 and Service Cloud V2 for sales and service, SAP Commerce Cloud for B2B and B2C shops, and integration on SAP BAIP, the SAP Business AI Platform (formerly SAP BTP). We do not hand the interface between ERP and customer systems to a second partner.
Spadoom started with Commerce; the CX practice grew from there, and then the ERP core. Since September 2026 we are also an SAP PartnerEdge Build partner and develop our own extensions on SAP BAIP, starting with Engage CTI for the Sales and Service Cloud V2 Agent Desktop. Dario Pedol, founder and CEO, is spokesperson of the DSAG Customer Experience working group Switzerland. We have submitted 29 influence requests to SAP product management: 3 delivered, 4 planned for a release, 7 in progress.
This page is for companies looking for an SAP partner in Switzerland for ERP and customer processes together. If you only need the CX side, our page on SAP CX consulting in Switzerland covers it in depth. Editions, scope and licensing of the ERP are on the product page for SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud.
SAP Cloud ERP, technically SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition, is SAP’s ERP as software as a service: finance, procurement, sales, supply chain and operations with processes based on SAP Best Practices. SAP runs the software and ships the releases. The consulting work is to map your processes onto that standard without bending the core.
Our S/4HANA team does this with its own people. Radim Trávníček, S/4HANA Solution Architect, has worked on eleven SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud projects and owns architecture and fit-to-standard decisions. Marek Budik brings eight cloud projects in finance and controlling, Vladimira Lenská covers procurement, warehousing and transport, and Sofiene Karaja combines S/4HANA knowledge with ABAP development. Most of the team that delivered SkyCell’s five-month Public Cloud rollout at Actum Digital Schweiz now works at Spadoom: we took over assets and most of the workforce of Actum Digital Schweiz.
In workshops we compare your processes with SAP Best Practices and decide per process: adopt the standard, adapt the process or extend on SAP BAIP. The result is a documented scope, not an open backlog.
We configure the agreed processes and migrate master data and open items. The Public Edition does not support a system conversion from ECC: it is a new implementation, and the readiness check includes an archive concept for historical data.
We build extensions with released key-user and developer extensibility or side by side on SAP BAIP, so SAP’s releases do not get stuck on custom code.
With SAP Integration Suite we connect the ERP to Sales and Service Cloud V2, Commerce Cloud and third-party systems. At intelligentfood we connected Sales Cloud V2 to S/4HANA Public Cloud and worked on parts of MM and SD in the Cloud ERP.
Still on SAP ECC? Mainstream maintenance for ECC (EHP 6 to 8) ends on 31 December 2027, optional extended maintenance runs to the end of 2030 (what happens when). The five-day S/4HANA readiness check shows whether a greenfield start on the Public Cloud fits, and our transformation page describes how we move ERP and CX in stages. If you are weighing cloud ERP in Switzerland against other systems, see our comparisons with Business Central, Abacus and NetSuite. Editions, licensing and scope are explained on the product page SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud.
On the customer side we implement SAP Sales Cloud V2, Service Cloud V2, Commerce Cloud, SAP Engagement Cloud, SAP CPQ and SAP Field Service Management. Across our V2 projects the median from kickoff to go-live is 14 weeks. We run Sales and Service Cloud V2 ourselves for our own pipeline, so we know the quarterly releases from our own daily use.
Andreas Granzer, Principal SAP Consultant, works hands-on with Sales Cloud V2. Markus Wittmann leads CX projects as Senior SAP Project Manager, and Cyrill Pedol leads SAP Commerce. The CX building blocks in detail, with references by industry, are on our page on SAP CX consulting in Switzerland.
CX projects rarely fail inside the CRM. They fail where the CRM meets the ERP: the quote that never becomes a postable order, the price the quote cannot resolve from the ERP, the service case with no material or warranty behind it, the customer master maintained twice.
When two partners work the two sides, nobody owns that seam. Spadoom is the only Swiss-headquartered SAP Gold Partner that delivers the ERP core and the complete CX stack with one team. Integration on SAP BAIP is owned by Michael Suter, Senior SAP BAIP Architect, and Hakan Canbaz, SAP Technology Lead S/4HANA. For configurable products, our post on AVC quoting with Sales Cloud V2 and S/4HANA shows what this looks like.
Every project starts with a package with fixed scope and price. After it you get a cost range for the implementation, before you decide.

Pascal Strnad, more than twelve years at SAP, clarifies with you which SAP product fits and how licensing works. Then comes an assessment at a fixed price: findings, target picture and cost range, before you commit to the implementation.
We decide which system owns customers, prices, orders and cases, and which interfaces carry them. ERP and CRM do not have to be replaced at the same time; the order follows your business.
We deliver in stages, with named responsibilities and a transparent project budget. Hansulrich P. Lienhard, COO and programme manager, leads programmes across ERP and CX. Standard first, extensions only where your process really differs. More in our methodology.
The consultants who built your system remain your contacts. David Blumenstock looks after existing customers and explains what each SAP release changes for your landscape.
SAP PartnerEdge has four levels: Basic, Silver, Gold and Platinum. Partners move up through value points that SAP awards for contracted cloud business, projects taken live and recognised competencies. Gold is therefore a solid shortlisting signal: the company has built a measurable SAP business.
It says little about the people on your project. So every check includes the named team: references with exactly your product and current certifications, which SAP issues as verifiable digital badges. Spadoom has been an SAP Gold Partner since 2023, is listed in the SAP Partner Finder, and our team holds more than 20 active certifications for Cloud ERP, CX and integration. What the level means in detail is explained in What is an SAP Gold Partner?
Six checks we apply to ourselves as well. Ask every firm about them, including us.
S/4HANA Public Cloud is a different project from an ECC upgrade, Sales Cloud V2 a different one from C4C. Ask for live projects with exactly your product and a contact you can call.
Who works on your project from kickoff, and have exactly these people done it before? Ask for names, roles and certifications, not only a company profile.
Ask who delivers the integration between ERP and customer systems and who is responsible when a quote does not become an order. If the answer is “another partner”, you know the risk.
A good start has scope, price and result agreed upfront: findings, target picture, cost range. Time and material without an agreed result shifts the risk to you.
Swiss projects need workshops on site and material in your staff’s languages. Ask who trains and documents in French or Italian.
Check the level and listed solutions directly with SAP. The level is for shortlisting; the decision rests on the five points above.
A detailed checklist is in our post on choosing an SAP Gold Partner in Switzerland. For a comparison of firms covering ERP and CRM together, see our guide to the best SAP partners for Cloud ERP and CRM in Switzerland; for the ERP alone, the comparison of S/4HANA Public Cloud partners.
Spadoom AG is headquartered in Zug, with a second Swiss office in Zurich. Workshops take place at your site; most clients in German-speaking Switzerland are a short train ride away.
We work in German, French, Italian and English: workshops, training material, test scripts and documentation. Colleagues in Cornate d’Adda near Monza and in Tallinn complete the team.
An SAP partner advises on choosing and licensing SAP products, implements them, integrates them into the existing landscape and supports them after go-live. Spadoom is an SAP Gold Partner headquartered in Zug and delivers SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud, Sales and Service Cloud V2, Commerce Cloud and integration on SAP BAIP with its own teams.
Spadoom. We are the only Swiss-headquartered SAP Gold Partner that delivers the ERP core and the complete CX stack with one team, so the seam between ERP and CRM has a single owner. With every firm, check live references, the named team and who delivers the integration.
SAP partners for Cloud ERP and CRM compared →With us the start has a fixed price: S/4HANA Public Cloud readiness from CHF 12'000 (5 days, credited against the transformation when commissioned), SAP CX Health Check from CHF 12'000 (5 days), V2 migration readiness from CHF 7'500 (3 days, credited when commissioned) and the CX architecture workshop from CHF 6'000 (2 days). After that you get a cost range for the implementation. Licences are set by SAP and are separate.
All fixed-price packages →Cloud ERP consulting guides the introduction of an ERP delivered as software as a service, at SAP that is SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud: fit-to-standard workshops, configuration, data migration, clean-core extensions and integration. Because SAP runs the software and ships the releases, the work shifts from custom development to process decisions.
SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud →With a fixed start instead of an open-ended analysis. The five-day S/4HANA readiness check measures your system, clarifies whether a greenfield start on the Public Cloud fits, and delivers an archive concept, a phased plan and a cost range. If you commission the transformation, we credit it. The S/4HANA team that implements afterwards also runs the check.
S/4HANA readiness check →No. We agree a shared target architecture and deliver in stages. Data clean-up or a readiness check can come first, then ERP and CX follow in the order that suits your business.
Yes. We advise, train and document in French and Italian. Our Swiss offices are in Zug and Zurich; we run workshops at your site or remotely, in your staff’s language.
Yes, since 2023. Since September 2026 Spadoom is also an SAP PartnerEdge Build partner. Our team holds more than 20 active SAP certifications for Cloud ERP, CX and integration.
Certifications →A first conversation with a senior consultant, not a sales pitch. You learn which starting point fits and what it costs. If SAP is not the right answer, we will say so.
