Engage CTI
Telephony in the Agent Desktop of SAP Sales and Service Cloud V2. When a call rings, the widget looks up the number and shows the matching contact, account or customer. Calls are logged as phone-call activities. Browser calling via Twilio, voicemail and optional transcription are configured per tenant; any PBX can connect through a notify webhook.

A Model Context Protocol server that makes the SAP Sales and Service Cloud V2 REST APIs available as tools to AI assistants such as Claude: accounts, contacts, opportunities, leads, cases, activities, quotes and more, with list, read, create and update operations. It runs locally for development or on SAP BTP.
