About Hansulrich

As Chief Operating Officer, Lieni is responsible for how Spadoom delivers; as program manager, Lieni works inside customer projects. Both roles deal with the part of a project that decides whether it finishes: budgets, timelines, decisions and the order in which the work happens.

Lieni wrote Spadoom’s implementation guides for SAP Sales Cloud V2 and SAP Service Cloud V2, the guide to rolling out S/4HANA Public Cloud and Sales Cloud V2 together, and the posts on why SAP CX projects blow their budget and why some SAP projects finish while others stall.
