2. Data We Collect
Newsletter
If you request our newsletter, we send a confirmation link before subscribing you. We store your email address, preferred language and request, confirmation and unsubscribe timestamps in Cloudflare R2. Resend manages confirmed contacts in language-specific newsletter segments and delivers email. You can unsubscribe using the link in our emails. We retain a record of withdrawal to respect your preference. Requesting a solution brief does not subscribe you to marketing.
Contact Forms
When you submit a contact, support, or job application form, we collect the information you provide: name, email address, phone number, company name, message content, and, for job applications, your CV file.
Analytics & Advertising Data
We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Ads via Google Tag Manager (GTM) to understand how visitors use our website and to measure the effectiveness of our advertising. This may include your IP address (anonymised), browser type, device information, pages visited, referral source, and session duration. When you submit a form, we send a hashed (SHA-256, one-way) version of your email address and name to Google for conversion attribution ("Enhanced Conversions"). We do not send your data in plain text.
First-Party Analytics (Orbit)
We also use our own first-party analytics system (Orbit) to collect anonymized usage data such as pages visited, scroll depth, time on page, and click interactions. This data is stored on our own servers (Cloudflare) and is not shared with third parties. When you voluntarily submit a contact form, your browsing history may be linked to your contact record to provide a better service experience. Anonymous data is automatically deleted after 90 days.
Server Logs
Our hosting provider Cloudflare automatically collects standard server log data, including your IP address, browser user agent, requested URL, and timestamp.
