Why this study

A benchmark DACH actually needed

Most SAP CX research is either vendor-funded or anglophone. The Barometer is built for the practitioners running these systems in Zurich, Stuttgart and Vienna.

Real data from 100+ DACH SAP CX customers

Customer-side voices first. Vendor and partner respondents counted separately and weighted accordingly.

Benchmarks practitioners can act on

Aggregated, anonymised numbers you can use to challenge a vendor pitch, justify a budget or reframe a roadmap.

Published openly under CC-BY-4.0

Tables, charts and benchmarks released for reuse with attribution. No paywall, no lead-gen wall on the report itself.

About the publisher

Why Spadoom publishes this

Spadoom is a Swiss SAP Customer Experience consultancy. We run SAP Sales Cloud V2, Service Cloud V2, Commerce Cloud and Engagement Cloud implementations for customers across the DACH region — every day.

Dario Pedol, Spadoom's founder, is Sprecher der DSAG-AG CX Schweiz — the spokesperson of the DSAG Customer Experience working group in Switzerland. That position gives us a direct line into what customer-side practitioners are wrestling with, and it is why we can credibly co-publish this benchmark with DSAG.

FAQ

Questions you might have

Who can participate in the survey?

Anyone working on SAP CX inside a DACH-based organisation — IT leaders, CX product owners, sales and service ops, architects and implementation partners. We weight the results to reflect the customer side.

Will responses be anonymised?

Yes. Individual responses are anonymised at intake. The published report shows aggregated patterns and quotes attributed only by role and industry, never by name or employer, unless a respondent explicitly opts in.

When does the survey open?

The survey opens in October 2026 and runs for roughly six weeks. The report is published in early 2027. Sign up to be notified the day it goes live.

Can my company sponsor a section?

A small number of section sponsors fund production. Sponsorship does not buy editorial control — the methodology is fixed and Spadoom is the editor of record. Contact us if you want details.

What licence is the report published under?

The report and the underlying aggregate data are released under CC-BY-4.0. You can reuse the figures, charts and benchmarks in your own work as long as you credit Spadoom and DSAG.

Will Spadoom share raw response data?

No. Raw responses are never shared — that is the trade we make to get honest answers. The CC-BY-4.0 release covers aggregated tables only.
