Engage is the software Spadoom builds and runs on SAP BTP for SAP Sales and Service Cloud V2: telephony in the Agent Desktop (Engage CTI), a WhatsApp bridge, a customer portal, multi-channel campaigns, social publishing, calendar sync and website visitor insights, configured per customer tenant through one admin console. Stacy Ackeret owns what these products do next.
Spadoom runs its own sales and service on Sales and Service Cloud V2, so many Engage features start with a gap the team felt itself. Stacy follows how customers use the products and also owns Spadoom’s technical guide to CTI integration with Sales Cloud V2. Away from the backlog, Stacy comes from Zimbabwe and never says no to a dog.
