Spadoom Is Now an SAP PartnerEdge Build Partner

On 18 September 2026, Spadoom AG signed the SAP PartnerEdge Build contract. Build adds to our existing Sell and Service engagements, and we remain an SAP Gold Partner. In short: SAP Gold Partner for Sell, Service and now Build.

Until now we implemented SAP for our customers. From now on we also ship our own solutions on SAP’s platform, through SAP’s own channel.

What Build means for you

As a Build partner, Spadoom develops its own solutions on SAP Business Technology Platform (SAP BTP). Before a solution is listed, it goes through SAP’s review, the Application Readiness Check. Once it passes, it is offered through the SAP Store.

For customers, three things change:

• Solutions SAP has checked. You are not installing code that nobody outside the vendor has looked at. SAP has reviewed what you buy.
• Buy it where you buy SAP. The listing sits in the SAP Store, next to the rest of your SAP landscape.
• It runs on SAP BTP. The solution runs on the same platform as your other SAP extensions, right next to your SAP Sales and Service Cloud V2.

And because the people who build these solutions are the same people who implement Sales and Service Cloud V2 for our customers, they are built around real projects, not slideware.

The first solutions

Spadoom Engage CTI for SAP Sales and Service Cloud comes first. It brings telephony directly into the SAP Sales and Service Cloud V2 Agent Desktop: when a call comes in, the agent sees the customer before picking up, and every call is logged automatically.

Spadoom Engage WhatsApp follows as a separate listing. It brings WhatsApp conversations into SAP Sales and Service Cloud V2, so they live where the rest of the customer history already is.
