Spadoom Goes Live with SAP Sales Cloud V2 and Service Cloud V2
Eat your own dog food, they say. Fine. We do.
Spadoom licensed SAP Sales Cloud V2 and SAP Service Cloud V2 at the beginning of 2026. About a month later, we were live. Another one under the belt.
Why We Did It
We implement SAP Sales Cloud V2 and SAP Service Cloud V2 for customers. Running something else internally would be awkward.
So we moved our own sales and support process into the same stack we recommend. Not as a demo system. Not as a partner showcase. As our daily cockpit.
What Went Live
Our sales team now works in SAP Sales Cloud V2. Leads, accounts, contacts, opportunities and follow-ups sit in one place. The setup reflects how we actually sell: focused, consultative and often technical from the first conversation.
Our support work runs through SAP Service Cloud V2. Support requests are tracked as cases, with the structure we need to keep context, ownership and next steps clear.
We also connected the website. Incoming support requests no longer disappear into inbox threads. They land where the team works.
Why This Matters
Many partners can explain SAP CX. Fewer run their own business on it.
That changes the conversation. We know what it feels like when a field is annoying, when a workflow saves time, when a support queue needs a cleaner status model, and when standard configuration is enough.
It also keeps us honest. If a process is clumsy for us, it will be clumsy for a customer. We fix it before we recommend it.
Fast, But Not Rushed
The project followed our usual pattern: define the scope, keep the first go-live lean, adapt the system to the work and avoid decorative complexity.
The result is simple. Spadoom now runs Sales Cloud and Service Cloud internally. Sales is clearer. Support is easier to track. Website requests land in the right system.
Dog food? Maybe. We prefer to call it proof.
