Pascal Strnad Joins Spadoom as Chief Revenue Officer

We’re glad to share that Pascal Strnad has joined Spadoom as Chief Revenue Officer, effective 1 May 2026. He didn’t ease in slowly. Pascal is already on the road, already in the conversations, already part of the team.

More than twelve years inside SAP

Pascal spent over twelve years at SAP. That’s long enough to learn how the place really works, and it shows. He knows the products, he knows the people, and he knows his way around the part everyone finds confusing: licensing. Few things are more SAP than a licensing question, and few people answer one as clearly as Pascal.

On top of that comes the network. After more than a decade inside SAP, Pascal can pick up the phone and reach the right person on more or less any topic across the SAP world.

What this means for our customers

Here’s the part that matters for you. All of that now sits on your side of the table.

When you work with Spadoom, you get someone who has seen SAP CX from the inside and can translate between SAP and your business without the usual back-and-forth. Which product actually fits. How the licensing should be structured so you don’t overpay. Who to call when something needs to move. That’s not a sales pitch, it’s a shortcut, and it saves our customers real time and real money.

We Do SAP CX. With Pascal, we do it with an even deeper bench.

Where you’ll meet Pascal

Pascal hasn’t been sitting at a desk. Since joining he has already represented Spadoom at the OMR Festival in Hamburg and at SAP Sapphire in Madrid.

Next, you’ll find him at our Summer Vibes afternoon at AWS Zurich on 29 June, and at every Spadoom event after that. If you’d like to meet him in person, come and say hello.
