OPO Oeschger Goes Live on SAP Sales & Service Cloud V2 — and SAP Brings the Cake

Three months ago, this project was a dead end. Today it is running in production.

OPO Oeschger, one of Switzerland’s leading B2B wholesalers, has taken SAP Sales Cloud V2 and Service Cloud V2 live: connected to S/4HANA, Datasphere and Commerce Cloud, with four AI use cases in daily operation, from intelligent visit planning to AI-powered ticket routing. A Go-Live Worth Celebrating

On Monday, 13 July, we celebrate the go-live on site together with the OPO project team and SAP. When the customer is happy and SAP shows up for the party, you know the project went well. And yes: SAP brings the cake. We are looking forward to it, quite literally.

What’s Next

The platform is carrying production load, and Phase 2 is already lined up: the Emarsys integration for marketing automation and the next wave of AI use cases, with Customer Data Platform and Customer Identity on the roadmap after that.
