On 26 February 2026, the DSAG Customer Experience working group met at AWS Zurich. Dario Pedol led the session as DSAG Customer Experience Switzerland spokesperson and shared project lessons from real SAP CX implementations.
The day stayed close to actual systems. Nussbaum Matzingen showed how a company can move from scattered customer data to a clean 360-degree customer view with SAP Sales Cloud V2. intelligentfood shared how SAP Sales Cloud V2 and SAP Service Cloud V2 support field sales, visits, and growth.
What We Took Away
The strongest discussions were practical: data migration, V1-to-V2 decisions, integration with SAP S/4HANA, and where Agentic AI and Joule can help without creating more complexity.
That matches what we see in projects. Swiss CX teams want modern tools, but they also want stable processes, clean data, and clear ownership. AI only helps when that foundation is in place.
