The Swiss Customer Relations Forum brings together CX, CRM and customer-service leaders across industries: CMOs, sales directors, service heads and communications leads. The 2026 edition took place on 21 May at Kongresshaus Zürich, around six themes: customer journey and touchpoint management, loyalty and personalisation, marketing and sales automation, employee experience, AI and service automation, and data management for CX.
Dario Pedol, CEO Spadoom AG and spokesperson of the DSAG Customer Experience working group Switzerland, brought the DSAG CX perspective on that month’s SAP announcements at Sapphire Orlando and what they mean for the Swiss mid-market. The focus was on SAP Commerce Cloud, ERP Edition, newly announced for SME B2B, and on how SAP’s CX portfolio moves closer to the ERP and to AI in everyday processes.
