Spadoom CEO Dario Pedol presented at the DSAG Customer Experience working group meeting in Zurich, hosted at the AWS Zurich Office. The session covered SAP Sales Cloud V2 and Service Cloud V2 projects as they actually ran: project outcomes, architecture decisions and lessons learned from 12+ V2 go-lives, rather than slides and demos.
The discussion with SAP CX decision-makers and practitioners turned to migration paths from C4C/V1 to V2, integration with SAP S/4HANA and third-party systems, and what V2’s architecture changes for sales and service teams day to day. Data migration, custom object modelling and extending V2 without putting upgrades at risk came up repeatedly.
The ERP side got as much attention as the CRM side: most of the questions were about where V2 meets the order, the price and the material master. That seam is where Spadoom works with one team for both sides.
