Spadoom at the SAP Connect Day for Customer Experience

The SAP Connect Day for Customer Experience was the dedicated CX track of the SAP Connect Days Switzerland 2026, bringing together SAP customers, partners and experts at the Aeschbachhalle in Aarau. The Spadoom team was on site to meet peers and share what we see in SAP Sales Cloud V2 and Service Cloud V2 projects.

The conversations were about real V2 implementations: new deployments, V1-to-V2 migrations, and extending an existing setup with AI and automation. A recurring question was how sales and service processes connect to the ERP, from the quote to the order to the service case. That is the part we deliver with one team.
