SAP NOW AI Tour Switzerland is SAP’s flagship national event. The 2026 edition takes place on 5 November at Halle 550 in Zürich-Oerlikon, with the day centred on AI across the SAP portfolio — from sales and service to commerce and the broader business platform.

Spadoom is there twice. We run a booth with live demos of SAP Sales Cloud V2 and Service Cloud V2, and we share the stage in a joint session with our customer Felchlin, the renowned Swiss chocolate manufacturer, who will talk through their SAP CX journey — what they set out to fix, what we built together, and where it stands today.
