The recognition celebrates the successful launch of a modern SAP Commerce Cloud platform across nine countries in just three months, reinforcing Spadoom’s position as a trusted partner for accelerated digital transformation.
The award-winning project aimed to modernize Franke’s direct-to-consumer (B2C) e-commerce operations, enhancing the online customer experience while streamlining internal workflows. The scope included a full-scale rollout of SAP Commerce Cloud, supported by SAP Spartacus as the frontend framework. The implementation enabled scalable, multilingual e-commerce capabilities for markets including Germany, France, Italy, Switzerland, Poland, and the Netherlands.
Key outcomes of the project included:

- A lower total cost of ownership (TCO) enabled by a cloud-first architecture and streamlined operations
