New Website, New Chapter: From Hybris Roots to SAP Sales & Service Cloud V2
We launched a new website. Not because the old one was broken — but because Spadoom has changed, and the site needed to catch up.
Where we started
Spadoom was founded as a Hybris implementation partner. SAP Commerce (as it’s now called) was what we did, day in, day out. We built storefronts, configured product catalogs, and integrated checkout flows with ERP backends. That work defined our early years and taught us how SAP thinks.
The e-commerce market has moved on. SAP Commerce on-premise is heading into end of mainstream maintenance. The cloud edition works, but the market is saturated — the big differentiators are gone. Every partner does it. The projects are fewer, the margins thinner.
Where we are now
Today, SAP Sales Cloud V2 and SAP Service Cloud V2 are the centre of what we do. Not by accident — by choice and by timing.
We were among the first partners to implement V2 in production. While others were still running demos, we were going live. That head start gave us something you can’t shortcut: real project experience with real edge cases. Nussbaum, intelligentfood, and others trusted us with their V2 go-lives — and those projects are running in production today.
V2 is a ground-up rebuild of SAP’s CRM platform. Plug-in architecture. Native AI. A modern UX that reps actually want to use. It’s where SAP is investing, and it’s where we’ve placed our bet.
And here’s something most SAP partners can’t say: we run it ourselves. Our own sales pipeline runs on SAP Sales Cloud V2. Our own service desk runs on SAP Service Cloud V2. We’re not just implementers — we’re daily users. When we configure a workflow for a client, we’ve already tested the pattern on our own team. That changes how you build.
The full picture
CRM is the core, but it’s not the whole story. We still deliver across the SAP CX portfolio:
- SAP Commerce Cloud — for clients who need B2B or B2C storefronts, we still build them. We just don’t pretend it’s 2018.
- SAP Emarsys (recently renamed to SAP Engagement Cloud) — marketing automation that connects to the rest of the CX stack. More alive than ever — expect more from us on this topic soon.
- SAP CDP & CIAM — customer data and identity, increasingly critical for privacy and personalisation.
- SAP CPQ — configure-price-quote for complex B2B selling.
- SAP Field Service Management — for when tickets turn into on-site visits.
Nine SAP CX products. One partner that knows how they connect. That hasn’t changed.
What the new site reflects
The old site still carried a lot of commerce-first messaging. The new one leads with what makes us different today: V2 expertise, fast delivery, and a team that’s been through it.
Every solution page, campaign, and meta description now reflects where the market is and where Spadoom stands in it. We also cleaned up the SEO, fixed our country references, and rewrote the contact page to sound less like a template.
It’s not a rebrand. It’s a realignment. The work speaks for itself — the website just needed to say the same thing.
