Spadoom at SAP Now 2025 — With a Robot, a Fridge, and El Tony

SAP Now 2025. Spadoom was there — together with our partner Data Unit and our customer intelligentfood Schweiz AG.

The Booth

We did not bring a slide deck. We brought a robot. A robotic arm that opened a fridge, picked up a can of El Tony Mate, and handed it to visitors. Real product, real automation, real customer.

intelligentfood is one of our SAP Sales Cloud V2 and SAP Service Cloud V2 customers. Their field sales team runs on the platform we built — custom mobile apps, visit planning, and deep S/4HANA integration. At SAP Now, they joined us to show what a live SAP CX implementation actually looks like in practice.

Data Unit, our technology partner, brought the robotics and automation expertise that made the demo possible.

Why We Were There

We go to SAP Now to have real conversations. Not to present slides about “digital transformation.” We showed a working system, a real customer, and a robot that does something useful.
