Five months. That is all it took to go from scattered Excel sheets and Outlook folders to a fully operational SAP Sales Cloud V2 platform. In September 2025, Nussbaum Matzingen AG went live.

The Problem

Nussbaum had grown, but their sales processes had not. Customer data lived in Excel. Leads sat in Outlook. The ERP held some data, but nobody had the full picture. Management could not see the pipeline. The sales team spent more time searching for information than selling.

What We Built

SAP Sales Cloud V2 as the single source of truth. But we went further:

  • Spadoom Engage (CTI): Our custom-built telephony integration recognises incoming calls and immediately displays the relevant customer record. No more searching, no more “let me pull up your file.”
  • AI Lead Service: Incoming emails are automatically analysed and converted into qualified leads in the system.
  • SharePoint Integration: Seamless document management directly within the CRM.
  • Deep ECC Integration: Connected via SAP Integration Suite, including configuration on the ECC side.
