From brief to go-live in three months. In November 2025, intelligentfood Schweiz AG went live with SAP Sales Cloud V2 and SAP Service Cloud V2 — a fully integrated platform built for their field sales team.

The Situation

intelligentfood manages indirect sales channels for brands like El Tony Mate. A large field sales force. Tight schedules. Heavy visit planning across retail locations. They needed a platform that works on the road — not back at the desk.

The core requirements: data-driven visit planning, mobile access to customer data, and a clean connection to their S/4HANA Public Cloud ERP. The deadline was tight. Three months from kickoff to go-live, summer break included.

What We Delivered

We implemented SAP Sales Cloud V2 and SAP Service Cloud V2 as the foundation. On top, we built custom BTP applications using the SAP Cloud Application Programming Model (CAP) — mobile-first tools for visit planning, territory management, and real-time customer insights.

The entire platform integrates with S/4HANA Public Cloud via SAP Integration Suite. No media breaks. No manual syncs. One connected system.
