
How Spadoom Built Franke's Global Sales Portal
The challenge
Franke Home Solutions, a division of Franke Group, sells kitchen equipment through reseller partners across multiple countries. The problem: every country had different product data sources, different portal setups, and inconsistent processes. Some regions had online portals, others didn’t. Resellers had no single place to find up-to-date product information.
What we built
Spadoom partnered with Franke to build a single, global online sales portal using SAP Commerce Cloud. One source of truth for product information, available to retailers, kitchen studios, and project developers across all markets.
The goal was clear: replace the patchwork of regional portals with one system that handles purchasing, product data, and order management in a consistent way.
