Spadoom Expands Technology Stack with AWS and Anthropic Partnerships

Zug, Switzerland — Spadoom AG has joined the AWS Partner Network and become an official Anthropic partner, adding cloud infrastructure and AI capabilities to its established SAP Gold Partner status.

The partnerships reflect Spadoom’s approach to enterprise CX: deep expertise across the entire technology stack, not just the application layer.

Three layers, one partner

SAP Sales Cloud V2 and Service Cloud V2 — the products Spadoom implements most frequently — run natively on Amazon Web Services. Until now, the infrastructure layer was outside Spadoom’s formal partnership scope. The AWS partnership formalises an expertise that was already in practice.

The Anthropic partnership addresses the other end of the stack: how software is built and how intelligence is embedded into CX systems.
