SAP EWM & TM Support Consultant

As an SAP EWM & TM Support Consultant, you will be the go-to expert for maintaining and optimizing Warehouse Management (EWM) and Transportation Management (TM) modules within our customers’ SAP S/4HANA environments. You ensure smooth business operations by resolving tickets, troubleshooting processes, and keeping these critical logistics modules running at peak performance.

Responsibilities

• Provide functional support for SAP EWM and SAP TM within S/4HANA environments
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents and service requests (Level 2/3 support)
• Monitor and optimize existing warehouse and transportation processes
• Collaborate with business users to identify pain points and deliver pragmatic solutions
• Ensure seamless data flow and integration between EWM, TM, and other S/4HANA modules
• Assist with minor configuration changes and testing for business continuity

Requirements

• Proven experience in SAP EWM (Extended Warehouse Management) and SAP TM (Transportation Management)
• Solid hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA environments
• Strong troubleshooting skills and a solution-first mindset
• Reliable, structured, and able to handle time-sensitive support requests
• Experience in international support environments is a plus
