About the Role
Spadoom is a specialized SAP consulting firm focused on SAP Customer Experience. We work directly with clients — no unnecessary layers, no bureaucracy.
We’re looking for an experienced Sales / Customer Engagement Executive to grow and manage our client relationships in the DACH region and beyond. You’ll work with a high degree of independence, with direct access to decision-makers and the freedom to shape your own approach.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and grow a portfolio of clients in the SAP CX ecosystem
- Identify new business opportunities and manage the full sales cycle — from first contact to close
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with existing clients
- Represent Spadoom at events, with prospects, and in the SAP partner ecosystem
- Collaborate closely with our consulting and delivery teams
- Work autonomously — you own your pipeline and your results

Requirements
- Proven track record in B2B software or consulting sales, ideally in the SAP ecosystem
- Solid understanding of SAP products and the SAP partner landscape
- Senior experience — you know how enterprise sales works and can hit the ground running
- Self-starter: you work independently, take ownership, and drive results
- German: mandatory · English: mandatory · Italian or French: a plus
- Based in or near Zug
